To mobilize and facilitate funding through partnerships and collaborations with like-minded stakeholders, for awarding scholarships to deserving students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
Our Purpose
The GEF Scholarship Fund provides financial support to exceptional students who have completed senior secondary school and aspire to study at a public university in Nigeria. Scholarships may apply to both two-year and four-year degree programs.
Who Can Apply
Eligibility Criteria
- Must have lost one or both parents
- Graduated from senior secondary school with a minimum of six (6) credits, including English Language and Mathematics
- Met the JAMB cut-off for the intended course of study
- Secured admission into a public university in Nigeria
- Willing to attend a scholarship orientation organized by GEF
Application Process
How to Apply
1. Completed Application Form
Fill the online form below carefully.
2. Letter of Application
One-page letter to the GEF Scholarship Committee.
3. Two Recommendation Letters
From teachers, administrators, counsellors or employers.
4–5. WAEC/SSCE & JAMB
Upload clear copies below (or email if upload fails).
6. Personal Essay
1–2 pages on goals (new) or impact of college (returning).
